    Hi Guts,

Spoke to Brook Suspension this morning regards to fork oil and they recommended Fork Oil - Suspension Fluid - 5W - 7.5W - 10W - 15W I Motul 10W Grade. Does anybody recommend any different for any reason, if not im going to order later today.

I bought Lucas synthetic fork oil for mine. Synthetic Fork Oil
Can't recall if it was 10w or 15w.
The amount you need and choice of weight will vary depending on what your bike specifies.
I would assume any fork oil will work. The higher the weight the stiffer they will be.

What Obo said. Unless you're racing, any brand-name fluid should work fine. Some folks claim fork oil is just ATF; no clue if that's true but it smells and feels similar. A few years ago I bought a Motion-Pro tool (http://www.amazon.com/Motion-Pro-08-.../dp/B000GZPCYI) to get the oil levels as exact as possible, but for many years before that I got away with simply using a measuring cup, without ill effects.
