When I received mine, one didn't work properly (I ordered a pair of two) not his fault at all, they where new, and factory sealed, so he couldn't have known. I emailed, he responded with 5 minutes, and insisted on sending replacement parts at no charge to me, and told me to keep or dispose of the old one, because he didn't want me to have to pay for the return shipping. I do a lot of ebay purchases, and he is by far the best seller I have ever dealt with. Also, if i remember right, told me if contacted directly he would sell for a little less, since he wouldn't have to pay the ebay fees.
