Could someone tell me where to look for something to hold my second helmet off to the side of my bike where I can still ride with it on there. I have seen other bikes that have the helmets on the side but I have no idea what to look under.

The little cables under your seat are meant for this task. Simply loop the
cable through the D-rings of your helmet then back onto the same post.
Re-install your seat and your helmet is locked up. Never tried to ride with it
there though. You'll have to try...

I tried that but the helmet swings around too much. I have seen other bikes that have some sort of device that hols the helmet sturdy on the side of the seat. I have no idea what that would be called.

Before puttin it on the bike fasten the straps as if you were wearing it then loop through the D-rings. Doin this hold the helmet much higher and tighter. Worx great for me
