Anyone use or have the cobra power pro. 2-1 pipe?
There is one on eBay for $150 but is a little rough. It needs new shields. I may bite on this.

If you grab this, let me know how the engine performance is. I'm interested in a 2-into-1 and I've wondered about the Cobra's but hesitated because of many comments about Cobra being all about looks and wishy-washy on true performance. That said, the Cobra Power Pro is remarkably similar to the V&H Pro Pipe, and we know the V&H Pro Pipe IS a good performer.

yep. not sure yet. i can't tell from the pics if there is to much damage to these.

I've had the Power Pro for about 3 yrs. What would you like to know? Sounds nice, has held up but never had it dyno-ed.

how do like the sound? what baffle are you running? what did you have before this pipe?

just found this. COBRA POWERPRO HP 2 INTO 1 WITH BILLET TIP EXHAUST - COBRA EXHAUST - 08-0266 Will the pipe that is for the vn1600a fit. I am thinking it should. Any have any input. i can get it for $305

I addition to what Speedracer has asked, I'd like to know if you noticed a real improvement in performance. To get the most out of the pipe, you probably do need to have it dyno-tuned.

Previous pipes were stock. Love the sound over stock. the Cobra's in the link above are the newer versions of the 2 into 1 pipes. I kinda like the way they look over mine.
I didn't notice to much of an improvement of performance. I haven't done my intake yet, currently in progress. I would expect to see some improvement after that.

bike and pipe looks great. I think i will go for the pro pipe, i am 99% sure that it will fit. You can't beat the price. I do think the newer pipe looks a little better. There is one on ebay that i can get for 125 it is like yours but it has some scratches.

yep. They started out as street sweepers, then i cut the ends, now they have the slashers on ( i think that's what they are called ). I have the 2" baffles in. They sound darn good, a bit loud but that's a good thing.

Well i had an order in to Moto Leather For the Cobra powerpro 2 into 1 with billet end cap. They had it on the wed site for $304. Well i paid for it through paypal. Got a call from them today saying they can not sell it at that cost, they had made an error on the web site. Nice upstanding company they have there. I thought maybe they were blowing them out for some reason, Cobra does not show that pipe on there web site so i thought that was it. Anyway be aware of purchasing from these guys, i know i will not buy from them again.

That's a **** off ! That would have been a hell of a buy. Sorry it didn't work out.

So what's the plan now ?

That sux. Another place to scratch off the list. The newer Cobra 2 into1 are going for $459 on Ebay. A bit pricey...

yep, to pricey for me. I saw the price and could not pass it up. I guess it was not to be. I love the pipes i have now anyway but sometimes just like to change things up a little. I guess now i will get me a new helmet. Seems i find one i like better every year. I think i will get the exo 250 from scorpion. I have the exo 100 now but my helmet speakers don't sound that great in it.
