Okay here it is. The cost of the wheel to get widened and shiped was $515.00 for me since I wanted a 7in wheel. I went with 3/4in on the drive side and 1.25in on the brake side. Or you can do what Geo did and go for 3/4 on both sides. You have to completely diassemble the wheel prior to shipping it off to Kosman, bearings and all.
While the wheel is gone this is the perfect time to start modding the swingarm. Simply disassemble the rear section and final drive. On the drive side of the swing arm you can leave the shaft in the housing and cut out a section and reweld a new piece on. You will have to do the welding with the shaft rod in the housing because after this mod is done you won't be able to remove the rod. Now what I did was create a trap door that was re-enforced so that I may remove the rod if neccessary. Sorry no pics of that process.
Then once the wheel returns just reassemble and you're done. The reason for my bike being completely taken apart in these photos is because my brother repainted the tins for me. When you take the rear fender off be sure to shave the inner bracket down so that the new tire doesn't get cut whenever the shocks compress during a ride.
One thing I have to say about the Titan. That ***** is BAAADDD! AZZZZ! She has a 107ci motor and will out run the Meanie everyday of the week. My brother Arnold pretty much built it himself.
Hey MeanOneSIx! hope you don't mind but i added some color to the swingarm for better view, it might help the guys to get a better idea on how it will look once you cut the swingarm
Great Job explaining the process guys. So what your saying MeanOneSix is that it looks fine with just the weld and you don't absolutely have to chrome your rims. Right?
So in all actuallity you could do the mod just for cost of having the rim widened plus cost of new bearings and a new rear tire.

because i whent only 3/4" on each side of the wheel kosman charge me $445 with shipping and the cost of my tire was $220 plus $30 in mounting and balance the tire,$30 for the dremel $10 for the cutting wheels that i used to cut the swingarm and $10 for welding wire my cost for the 210mm mod is $745
You don't need to chrome the rims or polish them, i did because i get really cheap deals from these place were i always take wheels and motorcycle parts to have them chrome.
this is probably the most interesting and detailed thread I have seen on here. Thanks to all you guys for sharing the process. You have me thinking about putting that big tire on mine.
