Sounds like bearing chatter to me. Once oil gets to it, it quits.

if you raise the RPM when it, does the pitch or volume change? Man not sure if you should worry or not. if it gets louder or something i would think yes.

Anytime a bearing is chattering, it is cause for concern. It means the bearing is no longer effectively supporting because there is wear. Is it louder on the left or right side?

i couldnt really pinpoint the location rpms didnt seem to affect the pitch. had it idle at aboout 1400 and sounded like it was from the front but then idled down to about 900 and sounded like the rear couldnt tell exactly where.it almost seemed louder from the right but i could still hear it from the left. i looked like an idiot running from side to side putting my ear to the engine lol. ill have to let it cool back down and see if it does this again i appreciate your guys help sucks that this is doin this it only has 11800 mile. i did just change the oil and there wasnt any metal on the screen

ok think i got it i did the old wooden dowel rod to the ear trick. its coming from the right side front .the small clutch cover area .didnt get a chance to check bevel gear area thats the next place but that shouldnt be it cause that only operates if bike is in motion is that correct

water pump or oil pump maybe. I would maybe try a quick oil change, use 20w50 see what goes. I know you just changed it but maybe this may help you pin it down. Or flush the cooling system put water wetter with water back in. Water wetter will lubricate the water pump. Just a thought.
