So Hawaiian asked about my wire routing, so I took a couple of pics. If anyone else has any questions, please ask. I am happy to answer them. Everything works so far.
I have to double check my low fuel indicator as I nearly ran out and don't remember if the light illuminated.

Something doesn't quite look right with your throttle cables???? I'm going to have to go look at mine to see if they are the same way??? They're either stretched too far or routed differently???

They loop back through the triple trees with absolutely no binding, stop to stop. If they were stretched they would be binding up.

All your speed sensor wires are in the headlight bucket bundle. There is no need to wire directly down to the sensor. They are the first ones covered in my list. There are several wires that are not used. The wire colors are the same on the 1600 as they are on the 1500, when it comes to the gauge cluster. One I think we will be revisiting is the light blue one that goes to the turn signal relay. I have to give Tim a call and discuss this with him, as my auto-cancel is not working.

Have you set up the speed yet? I'm concerned that your speedo is reading 08 sitting there. Did you find the three speed sensor wires up front? I connected the white gauge wire to the Light Blue bike wire and now the auto cancel works, albiet takes a long time to shut off.

OK, whats to be nervous about? Make sure you follow the instructions to the letter. If you have a removable GPS for your car, use it to gauge your mile.

    SPEEDOMETER SETUP
Press and hold the left switch while turning the key on and starting the engine. Once the engine is running,
release the switch. When “SPEED” is displayed, press the switch again and then release it. The clock display
should switch between “AUTO”, “ADJUST”, “UNIT”, and “SERVIC”. When it gets to Auto, press and release the left button. The right side of the gauge will display MPH and several zero's. It will not display your speed, just the number of pulses it is receiving from the sensor. It should not be counting pulses unless the bike is moving.

    SPEED CALIBRATION
There are two methods for calibrating the speedometer, auto cal and adjust( Use your GPS and do the auto cal and monitor for your mile).
Auto cal requires that you have one measured mile marked out (km for metric). Adjust requires you to follow another
vehicle going at a set speed or timing your self over a mile to determine your speed.

    Auto Cal
When “AUTO” is displayed press and release the switch. The clock display will show “AUTO” and the
message display will show zeroes. The MPH display will show nothing. You should now begin driving the
measured mile. The message display will count the number of pulses received from the sensor (the numbers will be going crazy). The message display cannot be used to determine when a mile has been driven. Once you reach the end of your marked mile, press the switch again. The calibration is now done. Just to be sure all went as planed, check your speed against the speed on your GPS. Ain't that easy! ;o)

    GEAR INDICATOR SETUP
This gauge can optionally display the gear position. The gauge can learn the positions based on speed and
rpm. It will work with 3, 4, 5, or 6 speed transmissions.
To program the gear positions, begin at a section of road where you can gradually shift through all of the
gears. Press and hold the left switch while turning the key on and starting the engine. Once the engine is running,
release the switch. When “GEAR” is displayed, press the switch again and then release it.
The display will show the current selection, “OFF” or “PROGRM”. Press and release the switch to change
    the selection.
To begin programming, when “PROGRM” is displayed, press and hold the switch. The message will show
“LO RPM” if the engine rpm is below 1500, or “LO SPD” if the vehicle speed is below 5.
Begin driving in 1st gear. The display should show “LEARN” and the “1” should be flashing. Drive at a
steady speed until the “1” stops flashing and the display shows “SHIFT”. ( your rpms are going to be up there before it starts to flash, then it will tell you to shift. It will do this through all the gears)
Shift to 2nd gear and drive at a steady speed. When the “2” stops flashing and the display shows “SHIFT”,
    go on to 3rd gear.
Repeat this through each gear. After 3rd gear, if you stop or shift to neutral the gear settings will be saved
and the display will show “DONE”
Press and release the left switch to restart the gauge in normal operation.

Of course because there is no mechanical conection, this function is not always correct, but it is pretty close and a WAY COOL option!
