The brand isn't listed, but I know I've seen those somewhere before.
Kuryakyn makes new "Zombie" levers to fit their pegs and other zombie line-up. Last I looked, they were Harley only (booo...), but perhaps they're working on a metric set? One can only hope...President 1-17 Laurel Highlands VRA

Those are for a cable clutch.

Yeah I saw those on ebay too but didn't like the way the skulls on them looked (more like alien heads than skulls
