Anyone put a stebil under the left side cover???

hey has anyone smashed a stebil under the left side cover....I was looking last night an decided that would be a nice place for it if it will fit...I just ordered my yesterday so I dont have one in my possession right now to see if it would be possible. Im sure that some of the plastic will need to be cut... If anyone has completed this task and has any tips or pictures please share.

    Thanks Chad

I remember someone did but they had to split the horn from the compressor. Only the compressor was put in there and they put the horn near the rear engine cylinder.

I think I have seen someone do it both ways taking it apart and leaving it together. The other issue is whether you put any fuel processers on, since they usually get put in there. Let us know how it works out.

I split the compressor from the horn and put the compressor under the left side cover with my PCIII and tool kit. I have a Thunder Mfg. intake so I mounted the horn where the left side air cleaner was using a bracket that I fabbed. To get the compressor in the left side cover and keep it mounted vertically, I cut a round hole so it could go into the area that the tool kit is in.
