only us cop-types would think of that.....

Yeah, I only live about 45 minutes south of OKC. That's if I speed. But any way, how far is Fort Sill from the city??? Maybe we could meet up some day, go see some races!!!

Ft. Sill is indeed around 80 miles SW of OKC on I44. It depends on where in OKC you are...but sure, I like the races!

the local Kawi dealer is going out of business buddy, good excuse to come down here, grab some cheap gear or oil and go ride through the "mountains"

Ah memories.....Did you ever get the ZX8 working, or get the 7 motor in the 6 frame? Did your friend ever get his shop?

no, no and a resounding no... i am very sorry to say that i wound up spending all my money on a new house and have been trying to recover from that ever since, lol... i am currently looking at a sizable promotion at work though, so i may be able to start this spring/summer... I'd rather not work in the cold any way...

i think i am going to use the ZX9R frame instead of the 6R though... should be a bolt in install. and the i will stroke the engine simply by using to different year models... the earlier model 7R had a longer stroke, 91-96 i think... and the newer models, 96-2003, had a bigger bore w/shorter stroke, both engines right at 749cc. Put the older crank and rods in the newer block with pistons and you have your self a stroked 7 sitting right at ~793cc with a bhp of around 128 at the rear wheel... more than what my car pushes lol...

but right now i am still pricing parts and all, but i will keep you updated on how it is coming...
May the Horse be with You.
