Are there any Motorcycle clubs or organizations in the Quad Cities (Rock Island, Davenport, Moline, Bettendorf)? I currently belong to the Peoria Motorclcye Club, but have since moved to Silvis.

How I never saw this, I am from the Quad cities- Bettendorf, I will ride with you, there is a couple of other guys that I am meeting up with on another forum for a ride in the spring, you would be more then welcomend.

Mostly cruisers, but really spirited bikes at that, so we could make it fun.
There is a nice river road ride up to galena with some nice twistys and such.

    Hey Busa,

Haven't you guys stayed in touch? Herc went on your cold ride when you had the NOS Z1000; Daemon and I as well.

That was a fun ride to the tower. What ever happened to Helmetless Squid on the K bike?

Squidworth sold his bike to get a wedding ring for his fiance',
he no longer rides, I hear he is trying to get a Victory Hammer in the spring.

I remember that ride for sure, I was looking at pics from it last night showing some people.

I do miss the Z, I may try to pick up a used one in the late spring early summer to have beside the M109R.

M109? You bought a Busa after the Z, right? How many others have you been through?

Yea I bought the 04 L.E. Busa, had it for just a little while and relized it wasnt doing it for me, plus I have always been the only one riding a sport bike and the others on cruisers, so I went that route, did a little research and found something I liked, got on a forum, got the info I needed and made the plunge. Purchased the 07 L.E. M109R in August, put 3000 miles on and winter came, now I have been modding, about $1200 in aftermarket this winter and that dont include the pipes yet or the pc3 (yet to decide on what I like).

i doubt i will have time to drop in on any of you,but it's possible
    I must not fear.
    Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
    I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
    Only I will remain."
