whining noise

This is a discussion on whining noise within the General Z1000/Z750 forums, part of the Kawasaki Z1000, Ninja 1000, Z750 & Z-750S category; i get a but it only happens when im in top gear all the rest are fine bike ha only done 4000miles. any advice appreciated....

    whining noise

    its normal gear noise. really no need to be in 6th unless you are above 60 anyway. it will get louder as you slow down.
