There is a small keyhole on the clutch side of the bike, underside of the tail where you stick the key to pop the back seat/cover off. Once that is off you use a 10mm socket to unbolt the front seat bracket.

Rear Seat: Look under the tail on the "drivers side" you will see a key hole. Use your key and turn. The passenger seat will pop up. Just remove it and your good to go.
Front Seat: Take off back seat. Locate bolt inside the "trunk" by the front seat. Unscrew it and the front seat will be free.
Hope this helps!!
