    Fastest 650R

In begin 2009 i bought myself a kawasaki 650R and untill this day i still love it.
I love the bike but the only thing missing is some more power.
I want to make my bike the fastest bike from the 650R series and i was wondering what you all have done to the bike to boost it's preformance.

Right now i have ordered a Two Brothers racing exhaust (only the muffler not jet the full system) and i was looking for a juice box.
I have also heard about a power booster but it's nowhere to be found on the internet.

I would also like to know how fast your bikes are going with all the racing parts on it.
And how fast do you think it can go with maximum racing parts on it.

    Thank you.

try trading it in for a Z1000 or a ZX-14 if speed is what you're after. This bike comes with much more power than its suspension and brakes can handle.

I will get another bike (probably a R1 or a ZX10) but this is a project i'm working on.
I have already done some visual changes with carbon, the seat and now the exhaust.
I love this bike and i will keep her till the day she dies

Fast as in acceleration? 1/8th mile? 1/4 mile? 0-60?

    Or top speed?

    your question is too open-ended.

Then change the front and rear sprockets Can't legally go over 80 in the states, but with a sprocket change you can get there quicker.
Skill is what keeps you on two wheels.

Situational awareness combined with skill is what keeps you out of harm's way.

ATGATT combined with Situational Awareness and Skill means you might live to ride another day when that deer runs into your bike or that drunk blows through that stop sign.

I'd suggest learning to ride it really well stock before worrying about performance upgrades. The bike has enough power stock to get you in plenty of trouble, and based on your post it seems like you might be both young and a new rider. That combination is dangerous on a bike to begin with, then you throw in a "Gotta be the fastest" attitude and the danger level triples.

Don't worry about being the fastest, most powerful 650 out there, because its not going to happen. There are race motors, heads, turbos, etc all being done on these bikes, and it requires a financial investment easily equal to the cost of the bike new. There aren't many people willing to put that kind of money back into the bike aside from pros and pro-am racers.

Be safe on the streets, even a low speed motorcycle accident can affect the rest of your life.

Me too! It's difficult to keep the speed down some days. Maybe I have one of those Toyota throttles?

As a serious comment, you can do significant triple digits with the stock bike. This bike could get out of hand quite easily. If you want to modify it, go ahead, but ride safe.

Why are you wasting your time on a 650, R1 or even a wimpy a ZX10????? I can tell you are a horse power junkie and more is always better, right?. You are probly better off buying a tricked out ZX14 or Busa with an after market turbo a super cool 360 rear tire and 500 BHP!!
