    How does the reserve work?

I really like the 650r, although I'm not ready to buy one yet.

Can someone tell me how the reserve works? One article I read about the bike says that there's an LED indicator. Is there also a valve to switch to reserve? Where is it located? Is it sane to operate while at freeway speeds?

    Thanks for any info!

650R is fuel injected. There is no reserve. There is probably a low fuel indicator that flashes with 1 gallon left in the tank.

There is no reserve. But the display flashes FUEL FUEL FUEL until you reset it and a red light (generally referred to as a death ray) comes on.

Some people hate this setup, but I actually like it. YMMV

no Reserve..the light is orange on the 650R. it comes on when you got 0.9 gallons left in the tank. gives you plent of time to find a gas station.
