Poor Rasmith- laboring alone in the Concours forum

Thought I would come join you and add some flavor to the Connie roost. FWIW, I would like to have one of these when the 7 is spent (with a Baldwin seat, of course!). Candy Cardinal Red (CCR)... such a great name and color!

Oh, I know he's okay and still around; he chatted up my threads last night, too. I was just saying he's pretty much all alone in the Concours forum with barely an anywho to play with.

Hey now. There are a few of us with the mighty Concours. Two of us from the Mean Streak crowd, and a few from the Ninja 1000 crowd.
Skill is what keeps you on two wheels.

Situational awareness combined with skill is what keeps you out of harm's way.

ATGATT combined with Situational Awareness and Skill means you might live to ride another day when that deer runs into your bike or that drunk blows through that stop sign.

I wasn't implying Rasmith is one of those, nor are Concours owners. I'd love to have one if I had the funds. Have a buddy who's had two of them.

I just got a new Ninja 1000 less than two months ago, so I'm spending most of my time over there, but when I saw the name of this thread I had to let you guys know you are not alone. I use the Connie mostly for two-up riding, but they are both great bikes.

My ears were burning..Still around but between work, home chores and riding, forum time is way limited. Had been off the net for a few weeks until a couple days ago when Steammaker told me about Speedracers crunched bike.

I test rode the N1K and Connie on the same day. Wish the C14 handled as nimble as the N1K. Considering I wanted long distance, handling and luggage capacity, I went with the C14. As far as cornering, I just have to press harder.
    Obo and Steammaker like this.
