Unhappy Mk 1 Suzuki Bandit 600 - Fuel starvation ?

Hi i am new to this forum and any help would be appreciated, as ive come to the end of my motorcycle knowledge and its is driving me mad.

initial fuel starvation might not be the issue, borrowed an auxiliary fuel tank, got it running, balanced and set carbs, running very sweet

then, it died after about 20 minutes of running

    will not restart

    any ideas

many thanks for taking the time to read this, it might be something stupid, i hope
