    1999 bandit 1200 runs bad

    I have a 99 bandit 1200 with about 15000 miles on it. I've never had any trouble since I purchased it for 3000.00 bucks with only 5400 miles on it. Yes It was a steal, but lately it as been gradually running worst every time i ride it until now it will only run with the choke on and its missing and popping then. I've tried new plugs,coils, checked valve clearences, all within specs. and 93 octaine fuel and fuel treatment. none of that even helped the problem. Just changing out parts is not the answer so any help will be appreciated.

    Dirty carbs, vacuum or airbox leaks, clogged or pinched fuel tank vents, etc...
