    Hey Mike......sounds like this guy got a cherry. A 03' with 1300 miles........it's brand new. That's a good find and I bet the price was right.
    The generation 1 FZ1 is like the ZR-7S on steroids. Same riding position and view but the Yammy's suspension is fully adjustable.

    Good to hear from you Chris. Do you find tme to ride the FZ with all of your road biking?

    Honestly no, I only put about 300 miles on the FZ1 last yesr. Given the weather conditions I require for both are almost exactly the same the road bike wins most of the time.

    I'm thinking of selling the FZ1 this spring, I don't think it has more than 3500 miles on it yet. But I may keep it too, it's a hard decision for me really. I've got SO much into it, and I still REALLY love it... Just not enough time to do both.

    That crash in 05 seemed to have taken my urge to ride for the most part.

    What to do...

    FZ Fan here....

    I got to ride my uncle's '06 FZ1 earlier this summer for a day, and absolutely fell in love, beautiful bike. Alas, I couldn't afford it, but picked up an '04 Z1000 a month later for 3K. Really similar rides, and to be honest I don't know if I could pick a favorite, but that FZ was silky smooth with an absolutely sick top-end. I'm really looking at the FZ-6 as a possible next bike, I just don't need all those ponies!!! It's either that or a Versys, but who knows, I'm luvin' my Zed so maybe I'll just make due...........................
