I would. Mine dropped a valve with just under 1000 miles. I could not trust it so I got rid of it. No one else has this problem so I will buy another. I may have had a lemon.
I have one now and have almost 3 years, but it is now for sale. It is a motorcycle that I truly hate to part with...and may get another one later. Why do you ask?

I have an '02 model ZRX1200. Have had it since new. I love the bike and don't ever plan on being without it.
Why is that? Well it is without a doubt the most competent bike on the market for the price. Where else can you find a bike that does everything so well for under $8000 MSRP? Just think the new H-D StreetRod, which to me is a vain attempt at duplicating the ZRX - power level, ergonomics, etc; - but sells for about $10,000 more????
The ZRX is a standard bike with brakes that work well, an engine that is tuned for street riding - lots of torque and power in a region of the rpm range that can be used on the street. It also handles quite well and with the wide bars can actually be 'flicked about' like a sportbike.
Is it perfect? Nope. I don't think there is a bike that is perfect for everyone. But I find my ZRX does everything I need and want in a bike.
And it will put a big smile on your face - just open the throttle!

With a ZRX and a KLR you have the opposite ends of the speed spectrum and enjoyment spectrum right at your disposal!
The KLR is a blast to ride. I must say it is the most fun motorcycle I have ever owned.
The ZRX is also fun to ride, but in a much different way! Of course, after riding a ZRX you find that the sleeves on your shirts have all become too short!
